Confirm final size
Tell us the finished size you want, such as 3.5 × 2 in, 85 × 55 mm, square, mini, slim, or a custom die cut size.
Use this guide to prepare files for premium business cards, labels and stickers, luxury envelopes, name badges, custom coasters, foil stamping, debossing, spot UV, die cut shapes, and other custom print projects. If your file is not fully print-ready, you can still send your logo, text, brand colors, rough layout, product photos, or reference images for review.
These are the most common file checks for custom print projects. Exact requirements may vary depending on size, paper, finish, and production method.

Extend background colors, images, or patterns past the trim edge so the finished piece does not show unwanted white edges after cutting.
Keep logos, names, contact details, QR codes, and key graphics away from the trim edge unless the element is intentionally meant to bleed.
Vector PDF, AI, EPS, or packaged source files are best. High-resolution JPG, PNG, PSD, or TIFF files can also be reviewed when vector files are not available.
Convert text to outlines or embed fonts before exporting, especially for logos, names, small typography, and brand-specific typefaces.
Foil, debossing, embossing, spot UV, white ink, and die cut lines should be supplied as clearly named layers, pages, or mask files.
For standard business cards, a common setup is 3.5 × 2 in finished size with 0.125 in / 3mm bleed on each side. For international cards, labels, stickers, luxury envelopes, name badges, custom coasters, die cut pieces, or custom packaging items, send the finished size and we will confirm the correct bleed and safe area.
Premium finishing usually needs more than one flat print file. Please separate each physical process so our production team can review it correctly.
Supply the foil area as a separate vector layer or mask. Use solid black artwork for the foil area and name the layer clearly, such as “Gold Foil”.
Mark pressed-in or raised areas separately. Blind deboss, foil deboss, and emboss should not be mixed in the same layer unless clearly labeled.
Provide a separate UV mask showing only the glossy or raised coating area. Fine lines and very small text may need review before production.
Cut lines should be vector paths on a separate layer. Mark trim, fold, score, hole, or cut-out areas clearly before submitting the file.
You do not need perfect production files to ask for a quote. Send whatever you have: logo, text, brand colors, previous card photos, rough layout, material references, product photos, or screenshots of effects you like.
Tell us the product type, size, quantity, material direction, and finish requirements.
Upload artwork, logos, photos, sketches, or screenshots through the quote form.
We check file quality, finishing areas, size, material compatibility, and next steps.
These answers are general guidelines. Final production requirements may change depending on paper, thickness, print process, and finishing method.

Please separate foil, spot UV, deboss, emboss, white ink, or die cut areas into clearly named vector layers, pages, or mask files.
Basic layout support can be reviewed after order specifications and payment are confirmed. Complex logo creation, major creative artwork, layout reconstruction, or cancellation after artwork support starts may require a separate artwork fee.
Yes, they can be used as references. For production, we may ask for a high-resolution PDF export, editable source file, vector logo, or clearer artwork depending on the project.
