Ordering Guide & FAQ

I. How to Order

Step 1: Inquiry & Consultation Contact us via our website form, WhatsApp, or Email. Share your specific requirements, including product type, quantity, material, size, and any special crafting (foiling, embossing, etc.).

Step 2: Quotation & Digital Proof Our team will provide a competitive quote based on your needs. Once the price is agreed upon, we will prepare a professional digital design proof for your review and approval.

Step 3: Secure Payment After the proof is approved, we will send you a secure payment link via PayPal or WorldFirst. Production officially begins once the payment is confirmed.

Step 4: Precision Manufacturing We bring your vision to life using premium materials and industrial-grade crafting techniques, ensuring every detail meets ZIVFY’s quality standards.

Step 5: Global Shipping & Tracking Your order is carefully packed and shipped via leading carriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. A tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch.


II. Samples & Proofing (Small-Batch Policy)

Q: Can I see a physical sample of my specific design before placing a large order? A: Since ZIVFY specializes in small-batch customization, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is designed to function as the production proof itself.

Because premium crafts (such as gold foiling, embossing, and letterpress) require custom industrial tooling (metal dies) and complex machine calibration, the setup cost for a single “test sample” is identical to a full small-batch run. Therefore, we do not offer separate “one-off” custom samples. However, we provide two reliable alternatives:

  1. Complimentary Sample Kit: We can send you a free sample book of our previous work to showcase our materials and various crafting techniques (you only cover the international shipping fee).

  2. Digital Proofing: We provide high-resolution digital mockups to verify layout, fonts, and positioning before we move to the industrial production stage.


III. Design & Artwork Standards

Q: Which file formats and color modes do you accept? A: For the best print quality, we require CMYK color mode. We prefer vector files (AI, PDF, or EPS). If providing raster images, please ensure they are at least 300 DPI.

Q: Do I need to include a “Bleed” in my design? A: Yes. Please include a 3mm (0.125″) bleed on all sides of your artwork. Also, keep all critical text and logos within the “Safe Zone” (at least 3mm from the cutting line) to ensure precision during the finishing process.


IV. Sustainability & Materials

Q: Are your products eco-friendly? A: Yes. Sustainability is a core value at ZIVFY. All our paper-based products are FSC™ (Forest Stewardship Council) certified (Licence: FSC® A00523), ensuring responsible forestry. Furthermore, we utilize eco-friendly inks that meet international green packaging standards.


V. Production & Shipping

Q: What is the production lead time? A: Production starts after the final digital proof is approved. Standard orders typically take 3-7 business days. Bulk or highly complex orders will be scheduled based on specific requirements.

Q: Who is responsible for customs duties? A: For international shipments, any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient as determined by your local customs office.


VI. Payment & Security

Q: Is it safe to pay via the secure link you provide? A: 100% Secure. We process payments via PayPal and WorldFirst (Ant International). All transactions are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption, ensuring your financial information is never stored on our servers.

Q: Can I change my design after production starts? A: Because bespoke products involve customized industrial tooling (such as metal dies), changes cannot be made once the final proof is approved and the production process has commenced.


VII. Re-ordering & After-Sales

Q: Will the color of my re-order match exactly? A: Due to variations in humidity and ink batches, a 5-10% industry-standard color variance may occur between different batches. We recommend ordering your total required quantity in a single batch for maximum consistency.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged? A: If the products are damaged during transit, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt with photo or video evidence. We will provide a solution or compensation immediately.
