We offer complimentary bespoke design services for all production orders. To ensure engineering precision, our design process commences once your specifications (materials and finishes) are confirmed and the production invoice is secured.
Cancellation Policy: If an order is canceled after the design phase has begun or digital proofs have been issued, a standard $95 USD Design Consultation Fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Step 1. Asset Handover: We strictly require high-resolution Vector formats (AI, EPS, or Vector PDF) for all brand assets to ensure microscopic edge sharpness。
Step 2. Engineering Optimization: Our designers optimize your layout specifically for your chosen finishes, such as adjusting line weights for Hot Foil Stamping or safe zones for Deep Debossing.
Step 3. Concept Delivery: Initial tailored concepts are delivered within 1 to 3 business days once the production invoice is secured.
Step 4. Refinement: We collaborate on revisions until the digital proof aligns perfectly with your vision.
