2. Use of Information

  • 2.1 Order Fulfillment: Your data is used exclusively to process inquiries (e.g., Sample Kit requests), manufacture customized products, and manage logistics.

  • 3.1 12-Month Digital Retention: To facilitate efficient re-ordering and color consistency, ZIVFY securely stores your digital design assets for twelve (12) months from the date of your most recent order.

  • 3.2 Secure Deletion: Upon the expiration of this 12-month period, or upon your written request, ZIVFY will permanently purge these files from our production servers.

  • 3.3 Non-Disclosure Warranty: ZIVFY warrants that your proprietary designs will never be shared, sold, or utilized for third-party marketing or any other commercial purposes.

  • 3.4 Physical Waste Management: To protect your brand integrity, ZIVFY guarantees that all production waste, misprints, or setup sheets containing your logos/designs are shredded and securely destroyed before disposal.

4. Third-Party Data Disclosure

  • 4.1 Service Providers: We share necessary data (address and contact info) with our verified logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and secure payment gateways (PayPal, WorldFirst) to complete your transaction.

  • 4.2 Legal Compliance: We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the safety of ZIVFY and our clients against fraudulent activities.

5. Data Security and Cross-Border Transfer

  • 5.1 Security Measures: We employ industry-standard SSL encryption and secure server protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
