Should I upload RGB or CMYK artwork?
Upload RGB artwork whenever possible. CMYK files are not recommended for this page because CMYK conversion may already remove vivid color data before we can use the 7-color wide gamut workflow effectively.
Can 7-color printing make insert cards look closer to screen artwork?
For many vivid RGB colors, gradients, product photos, and illustrations, 7-color wide gamut printing can look closer to the original screen design intent than standard CMYK-only output. It is not a 100% screen match guarantee.
What card stocks can be used?
Common directions include 200g coated paper, 250g coated paper, 300g coated paper, 250g white card, 350g white card, and selected non-adhesive PP paper directions.
Can I order only 10 insert cards?
Many high-color insert card projects can start from 10 pcs, depending on size, material, coating, corner style, finishing, and SKU sorting. This is one of the main advantages compared with traditional high-MOQ spot-color or offset-style production.
Can you simulate Pantone or spot-color directions?
The 7-color workflow can simulate up to 96% of spot-color directions. Final color should still be reviewed based on artwork, paper, coating, lighting, and physical printed results.
Is this suitable for ordinary black-and-white instruction sheets?
No. This page is mainly for color-critical product insert cards, thank-you cards, care cards, QR guide cards, warranty cards, gift cards, and brand story cards. If the project is only plain text instructions, ordinary card printing may be enough.
Can the cards have rounded corners?
Yes. Rounded corners can be reviewed together with paper weight, coating, card size, and quantity. Straight cutting is also available for simple insert card formats.
Should I request a production proof?
For many 10 pcs+ insert card projects, a separate production proof may not be necessary. If you want to understand paper, coating, and color behavior before ordering, view the sample book first.
